Learn collage techniques with Laura to successfully create, secure, and quilt your own work of art! Collage quilts are all about using fabric, patterns, motifs, and values to create your design.

You will learn the collage quilting process and complete your design layout by the end of class.  Suggestions on quilting and finishing will be shared in the class. This class will utilize a water pitcher with flowers design.  Class fee is $45.  Register on-line, stop by the shop or call 217-670-1257 to sign-up.

Collage is for everyone - no experience necessary to learn this technique! 

Required Supplies:

*  Fabric for background, flowers, stems, leaves and water pitcher
*  Karen Kay Buckley medium serrated edge scissors (blue handles)
*  #2 pencil
*  Silicone Applique Fusing Mat  17"x 24"
*  Applique Pressing Sheet
*  12" wide Steam-A-Seam 2 (no substitutes) 1-2 yards
*  Pattern Ease Foundation -  1/3 yard
*  Rotary cutter and a mat if you prefer your own


Minimum 2 participants for class to be held.  If minimum not reached, class fee will be refunded.

Any refunds for classes cancelled by participant will be returned as store credit only.
